    The CAPPS Framework provides for the streamlined and OJEU-compliant procurement of professional services and is available to the following councils and public sector organisations within the Greater Manchester area:

    The framework aims to give public sector clients value for money so that every public £1 spent will give maximum value, added value and social value.

    AHR can be appointed via the CAPPS Framework to provide services through all 8 stages of the RIBA plan, from feasibility to monitoring of construction works.
