Jonathan Thacker

As our Business Development Director for Building Consultancy, Jonathan Thacker plays an integral role in identifying and securing new and exciting opportunities for the practice. Jonathan is passionate about nurturing the growth of the company and is the point of call for new work.

Jonathan has so far enjoyed over 15 years at AHR and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to his varying role. This ranges from public sector bidding and its processes to writing and implementing business plans throughout the year. Jonathan is involved in many of the major frameworks across the practice and also advises people on which procurement routes to take, demonstrating his expert knowledge in the field. At the heart of everything he does is the strong relationships he builds with people. His friendly, honest, and good-humoured nature alongside his readiness to achieve the very best is why people choose to work with him time and time again, something which Jonathan delights in very much.

Networking plays a large part in both his professional and personal life, as he finds joy in connecting with both colleagues and friends outside of the office. In his spare time, Jonathan coaches his son’s local football club, allowing him to spend time with his family whilst relishing his passion for the sport.
