Michal Kus is a key member of AHR’s international team, who has over the past 25 years been involved in projects located throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. As co-founder of AHR’s Central and Eastern European operations, Michal has an in depth knowledge and appreciation of the regional specifics accompanying international class projects being developed within this diverse region. Through this work experience he has gained an in-depth appreciation of the challenges involved in designing buildings in diverse locations – where local technical, logistical, economic and cultural factors need due consideration when applying the best of international expertise to projects within a particular country.
Michal’s primary focus lies within the sphere of commercial, hospitality and mixed use projects. His expertise in the design of hotels is widely recognized within the hospitality industry – and as a result he was recently appointed to lead the hospitality sector for AHR globally. He frequently speaks and participates on panels at regional and international hotel conferences – and is a frequent participant on juries for hospitality focused projects.
