The Practice was appointed after debris started to fall off the building and scaffolding had to be put up as a temporary measure. A key requirement was to ensure that the works were carried out to the best workmanship standards to prevent the repeat of falling debris upon completion. Work included brickwork re-pointing, and repairs to stone copings, stone pierced parapets, and high-level chimneys.
