The regeneration masterplan covers large areas of low rise housing estates consisting of one and two bedroom flats and neglected and dilapidated central shopping areas.
The intention of the regeneration plan was to provide new high quality housing, new community facilities generating activities and encouraging renewed community spirit.
The housing will provides family accommodation as a base for the suitable residential infrastructure, taking full advantage of the attractive location, existing green areas and recreational facilities utilising full local potential.
