Building Surveying We provide a full building surveying service ranging from pre- acquisition and condition surveys of individual premises of any scale and type, through to the inspection of whole building portfolios. Dilapidation and Schedules of Condition When property is held on a leasehold basis, tenants may have obligations to repair during the term and to leave the property in repair and to reinstate when the lease ends.
