The site plan and design maximises the opportunities available, creating connections to the neighbouring communities and adding cohesive links that enhance the overall neighbourhood. Two blocks either side of the convenience store have a public front facing on the Gainsborough square and offer the opportunity for commercial space.
The development is in keeping with its surroundings, whilst providing modern, comfortable and sustainable new homes. An increase in tree planting aids biodiversity, whilst also improving the surrounding landscape, which provides an enjoyable and attractive space for residents to use. A footpath to the new eastern road is also created to increase accessibility.
